About Us

Analytic Insights (PTY) Ltd is a customer intelligence and analytics firm focused on enabling responsible, insight-led decision-making within regulated environments.

We help organisations derive actionable intelligence from their own customer data, while maintaining strict standards of data governance, ethics, and regulatory alignment.

The company was founded by Pramod Penceliah, who brings almost two decades of experience in marketing analytics, credit risk, and data-driven decisioning across insurance, banking, telecommunications, financial services, and retail. He has also been involved in research initiatives with the University of Cape Town's Institute of Strategic Marketing, exploring the use of alternative data and analytics within compliant and inclusion-focused frameworks, including work presented to UNIDO.

Our philosophy is simple: advanced analytics must be commercially effective, ethically grounded, and compliant by design.
